Concluding the event series in Bliss Plaza (with 2 events in Lowery Plaza on June 18th and June 21st), Spring into the Plazas will have one more month of activities ranging from a pop-up library, art workshop, chess fest, and fitness day. Check it out before the series ends!

|Saturday, June 18 10am-12pm [Lowery Plaza]||Fitness Day||Organizations including Punk Rope and Suryaside Yoga will set up free activities for those wanting to participate in group fitness.|
|Tuesday, June 21 4pm-7pm [Lowery Plaza]||Make Music NY||As part of Make Music NY, Sunnyside Shines will present a world premiere of the hip-hopera: "A Sunnyside Mixtape".|

Cevan Castle, local artist and landscape designer, will be providing free, drop-in art workshops for kids and the young at heart, making spring art out of simple household materials. Sunnyside Shines is also partnering with the Uni Project to provide pop-up libraries to help get young children enthused about reading and share in the excitement of reading together. On Tuesday, June 21 from 4pm-5pm and 6pm-7pm, Sunnyside Shines will participate in Make Music New York to present a world premiere of the show “A Sunnyside Mixtape,” written specifically for Spring Into the Plazas produced by Rebecca Crigler and the WT Theater Company.
