Sunnyside Shines Shopping Spree!

Sunnyside Shines is launching an ambitious project to help increase business and traffic
to the great community of sunnyside and its incredible businesses. We are starting a
project that revolves around a shopping spree. You can have a chance to win an $1150 shopping spree!
How does it work? well it's simple really:
You spend a minimum of $10 at a store. Once you do, the merchant will mark you card with a sticker.
Once you collect a total of five (5) stickers, each from a participating store, you can send your game card to Sunnyside Shines to be entered in a drawing to win gift certificates to win a shopping spree! Game cards will be available in your local newspaper, and at events at Summer Streets 2011.
Entries must include a fully completed game card to be valid. Must include your full
name, address, phone number, and email address. Four winners will be randomly
selected after November 15th, 2011. Each winner will receive a shopping spree
loaded with $25 gift certificates to each of the businesses listed on the card. You
may enter as many times as you want HOWEVER you may only win once. Each
winner will be notified by e-mail or phone. Winners must acknowledge and respond
via email or phone within 5 days. If Sunnyside Shines does not hear from the
selected winner (by email or phone) within 5 days, a new winner will be chosen.*
* Winning prizes must be picked up in person by appointment at our office located at
45-56 43rd Street, Sunnyside, NY, 11104. The winners shall present a photo ID,
issued by a government agency.The winners should be prepared to have their
photographs taken at the presentation ceremony. Sunnyside Shines shall have the
right and permission to use the names, pictures, photographs and prize information
as well as the entry and any other information submitted to Sunnyside Shines for
promotional, advertising, and/or publicity purposes in any media. All entries become
the property of Sunnyside Shines upon submission and may be used exclusively by
Sunnyside Shines for any purpose. Sunnyside Shines will not give out your email
address,phone number, or living address. Any winners under the age of 18 who
submitted an entry must have written permission from their parent, or guardian,
before the prizes will be awarded. No member of Sunnyside Shines' Board of Directors
and/or any of its standing committees, their families, nor Sunnyside Shines' employees,
are eligible to win the prizes.
