The East River Development Alliance

The East River Development Alliance (ERDA) is a nonprofit organization in Long Island City, Queens which provides no cost job placement services to both employers and local job seekers. Our no cost service is dedicated to making successful connections between Western Queens businesses and qualified candidates who live right in your area. We understand the time and money involved in the recruitment, pre-screening and application process. We strive to alleviate the time, costs, and pressures involved in your company’s hiring procedures by providing you with efficient and effective employees that meet your needs at no cost.

Getting started is simple:
• Have your hiring manager provide us with the hiring criteria and a job description. We will identify and pre-screen job candidates for you
• Provide us with your availability we can even set up the interview on your behalf
• Should your company decide to hire our recommended candidate, we remain available to ensure that the new employee is meeting your needs

We have a diverse portfolio of prospective job candidates ranging from entry level to seasoned individuals. Each candidate will be carefully screened using the criteria you provided us. Every step is taken to ensure ERDA recommends the best candidates for your hiring criteria.
