Founded by Daniel Yi, a long time Sunnyside resident, Salt & Fat opened in March 2011, and is a neighborhood restaurant, serving New American small plates in a relaxed, casual environment. Their Menu consists of Prince Edward Island Mussels, Scallops, Yellowtail, Short Rib Buns, Korean BBQ Wraps, Pappardelle Pasta, Oxtail Terrine, Hamplshire Pulled-Pork SLiders, Braised Pork Belly Tacos, just to name a few items. Hours are 6-11 PM, Tue - Sun.
